Ronnie Dunn, K.T. Oslin To Join Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame

NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) – The Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame has announced that Ronnie Dunn of the legendary country duo Brooks & Dunn and singer-songwriter K.T. Oslin will join this year’s class.

Dunn, whose songwriting helped to turn Brooks & Dunn into a multi-million selling group, penned such hits as “Neon Moon,” ″Hard Workin’ Man,” ″Little Miss Honky Tonk” and “Boot Scootin’ Boogie.” Oslin, who was the first female writer to win Country Music Association’s song of the year in 1988, has written songs for George Strait and George Jones.

Also being inducted this year are songwriters Byron Hill (Jason Aldean, Randy Travis, Trace Adkins, Toby Keith, Brooks & Dunn, Reba McEntire), Wayne Kirkpatrick (“Change The World” Eric Clapton), and Joe Melson (Roy Orbison’s “Only The Lonely (Know The Way I Feel)” and “Crying”).

This year’s induction ceremony will take place on October 28 at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.
